Wow! I couldn't get enough of the spectacular fjord views under the clear blue sky from my hotel room. The experience was truly remarkable, although there was an issue with our travel agent. The service was top-notch with one of the most outstanding omelettes of my life; however, I encountered a rude encounter with the restaurant staff that was nothing like the pleasant picture painted. The location was simply mind-blowing, especially for the lake view across from the hotel, perfect for a drink in the sunset. The dining at the hotel's restaurant, with its delightful spread of food, was a real treat. Despite these positives, I couldn't ignore the error made by our travel agent and the disappointing behavior of some staff members.
